Refunds and Returns will not be permitted. However, we can work on editing/modifying your design up to two times before an order is expected to be resubmitted and paid for. These edits would need to be requested within 30 days of the date the original order was received by the purchaser. Otherwise, the purchaser forfeits their free edits if not within the allotted time frame. Emails for edits must be sent to valerietonn@ton-nic-designs.com.
